Alina Flasinska is an associate with Gjerset & Lorenz, LLP. Ms. Flasinska’s practice focuses on assisting hospitals and other healthcare providers in regulatory and transactional matters, with a focus on Medicaid reimbursement programs. Ms. Flasinska’s transactional experience includes drafting provider contracts and corporate documents associated with non-profit healthcare corporations. Ms. Flasinska also advises clients on a variety of regulatory matters, including Disproportionate Share Hospital qualifications and payments, Texas Delivery System Reform Incentive Pool participation, and other matters related to hospital reimbursement and compliance.
