Amy Lott represents a diverse roster of corporations, partnerships, entrepreneurs, investment companies, and individual investors. Amy’s clients have entrusted her to lead on a wide range of transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, private placements, joint ventures, and financings. Clients also rely upon Amy’s expertise in the formation and structure of business entities, investment vehicles, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day contracting matters. Using her experience and first-hand knowledge of her clients’ businesses, Amy provides valuable guidance to directors, executive officers, and business owners on how to effectively navigate the ever-shifting regulatory and corporate governance environments. Her clients value her ability to counsel them through the entire transaction, from concept to post-closing, with confidence and a “personal ownership” approach.

Amy’s versatility has afforded her the opportunity to advise public and private companies in a variety of industries, including real estate, banking, oil and gas, investment management, food and beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, and software. In addition, Amy has extensive experience in the aviation industry. She has represented commercial and charter airlines, as well as individual aircraft owners, on a variety of transactions and matters, including the acquisition and lease of private aircraft, contracting and operational matters, and FAA compliance requirements.

Amy earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Business Management and an MBA in International Business from Dallas Baptist University and received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman College of Law in 2007. Amy is licensed to practice law in Texas and Mississippi.
