Holly Powers, a shareholder of Jameson & Powers, is known by her clients as a dealmaker, who guides negotiations to a successful conclusion in an efficient manner. She enjoys working with businesses as an outside general counsel, who can act in the company’s best interests due to a familiarity with the processes, goals and culture of the organization. The majority of her clients have been clients for over 10 years, since the firm started. Her experience includes:

• Representation of Phase I clinical research center networks in all aspects of operations
• Representation of multiple franchisees for fast food restaurants in development of site
• Representation of real estate investors in 1031 exchanges

Ms. Powers is active in community affairs and teaches and facilitates legal education to students in middle and high school, and has served on several non-profit boards. She is active in the following organizations:
