Russell Jumper concentrates his practice on general commercial and business litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. He joined Gray Reed & McGraw’s Litigation section in the Fall of 2010. In addition, Russell is licensed to practice in all District Courts in Texas, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Russell is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law where he was the Staff Editor and Comment Editor of the Administrative Law Journal. Russell clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Walter S. Smith, Jr., United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
