With 37 years of experience, Mac Stewart is one of the rare health law practitioners who has deep experience in virtually every area of a provider’s legal needs. He has helped develop hospital clinics, group practices and individual practices from the ground up and then provided the daily operational, regulatory and transaction advice that is needed to exist in the complex world of health care. Mac has also acted as outside General Counsel for various health care organizations.

Mac’s experience includes representation of large practice groups, individual practitioners, not-for-profit and for-profit entities and academic institutions. He has represented hospitals, doctors, nurses and pharmacists before licensing boards and in a wide range of regulatory matters.
