Larry “Max” Maxwell Law Practice is involved in many aspects of the health care industry. In addition to a highly focused health provider law practice, Max contributes to health law policy and education. He has frequently spoken at health law conferences and is a member of the planning committee for the Texas Hospital Association and State Bar of Texas Health Law Section conference held annually in Austin, Texas. Max is also the Texas Board of Legal Specialization’s Examination Coordinator for specialty certification in Health Law. As such, he reviews the annual certification examination and regrades exams as requested by the TBLS. Other educational activities include his appointment on the Health Law faculty at the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. In the health policy arena, Max is a member of the Institutional Review Board of the Office of Research Compliance at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
