Deborah Perry

Deborah’s practice focuses on complex restructurings and liquidations, as well as complex commercial litigation. With 20 years of experience in the insolvency field, she represents a variety of parties including debtors, trustees, committees of unsecured creditors, landlords, lenders, insurers and receivers in a variety of different venues across the United States. She also has represented parties active in the health care, retail, oil and gas and restaurant industries.
In the past, Deborah held a number of leadership positions within the Firm, including serving as the Shareholder Liaison to the Management Committee and as the Co-Chair of the Recruiting Committee. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Group.
