Shannon Gracey has a long and distinguished history. The firm traces its origin to the 1930’s, when the attorneys of Walker, Smith & Shannon of Fort Worth, Texas, began acting as general counsel for a number of prominent Fort Worth companies involved with banking, oil and railroads. In 1968, the firm merged with Crowley, Wright, Ratliff & Miller, which eventually led to the creation of the firm as it is today.
