Mindy Sauter served as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice.

Brad advises healthcare providers and payors in a number of areas, including but not limited to: Federal and State regulatory compliance including the False Claims Act, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statues and EMTALA; Recovery Audit Contractors (“RAC”); CMS audits; Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (“FWA”); Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care; and HIPAA privacy and security matters. Additionally, Brad advises and assists with all types of corporate transactions and the development and implementation of standardized contract forms, including clinical and administrative employment agreements, hospital and facility contracts and other third-party contractual matters, including payors.

Brad has implemented feasible compliance programs to meet government regulatory standards that are in-line with quality improvement initiatives. He has experience developing business and compliance plans in the complex regulatory environment for all types of healthcare payers and providers.
