Seth Bills joined the Rogaliner Law Firm as an associate attorney in 2013 following graduation from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. Seth’s areas of interest include Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance, EMTALA, hospital licensure and enrollment, and HIPAA/HITECH compliance.

During law school, Seth interned in the general counsel’s office of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, a pediatric orthopedic hospital in Dallas, and he was recognized by SMU for his commitment to public service after performing over 240 hours of law-related public interest work.

Before moving to Dallas, Seth earned a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Texas and worked as a legal assistant to the general counsel and chief compliance officer of Youth & Family Centered Services, a behavioral healthcare company

Seth is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Texas Health Lawyers Association, and the Health Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. headquartered in Austin.
