Rachel Freeman is an associate at Weaver Johnston & Nelson, PLLC. She has experience advising health care providers on operational, transactional and compliance matters including drafting a variety of health care contracts and documents. Rachel has research and practice experience with Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Physician Self-Referral Statute (Stark Law), the Texas Illegal Remuneration Statute, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the False Claims Act and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
