Admitted to State Bar of Texas, 1993, and State Bar of California, 1992 (inactive); admitted to practice in The Supreme Court of the United States; the United States Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals; and various United States District Courts. Katherine’s practice has always focused on litigation and appeals. She has represented physicians in medical malpractice and medical board matters, international pharmaceutical companies in mass tort cases, national insurance companies in bad-faith litigation, and worldwide corporations in product liability suits.
