Shannon Cahalan

Shannon Cahalan is a corporate and transactional attorney with a wide range of experience in business entity formation and governance, health care, real estate and energy law.

Shannon has extensive experience representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing and management for a variety of transactions, including health care, oil and gas and real estate projects. Shannon has also served as in house counsel for an oil and gas private practice, and an international chain tenant and real estate firm.
