Jonathan Nowlin focuses on corporate transactions and compliance issues in the healthcare industry. He represents physician-owned hospitals, non-profit and for-profit health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, and other providers in all aspects of their day-to-day operations and corporate transactions.
Jonathan advises clients on various health laws including the anti-kickback statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, Texas licensing board rules, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and compliance issues.
Born and raised in the West Texas town of Shallowater, Jonathan graduated with honors from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Management. He earned his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was inducted into Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Tech Law Review.
