Jameson & Powers, P.C. was founded by a father/daughter attorney team over ten years ago.  Both Gene Jameson and Holly Powers practiced with large national and international law firms before starting their firm to provide representation to both entrepreneurs and corporate clients in their business needs.

The goal of our representation is to streamline the deal processes for our clients.  We provide efficient, responsive counsel for clients from “soup to nuts” – from formation to dissolution, and everything in between by setting up processes to ensure that day-to-day operations are compliant and effective.

When circumstances arise that need expertise to supplement our practice, we leverage our network of outside legal and business professionals to provide clients with access to information in Dallas, throughout Texas and across the country. We oversee the relationships with these outside professionals to ensure coordinated representation.
